Your peers will inspire, drive, support you, and make you laugh out loud We help our customers free up time and space to become an Autonomous Digital Enterprise that conquers the opportunities ahead - and are relentless in the pursuit of innovation **BU Description**: **We are the Technology and Automation team that drives competitive Advantage for BMC by enabling recurring revenue growth, customer centricity, operational efficiency and transformation through actionable insights, focused operational execution, and obsessive value realization**: **Key Responsibility/Role Expectation**: - Collaborate with Product Managers to define, set up, and track product features within Gainsight PX. - Analyze product data to uncover trends, user behaviour, and areas for improvement. - Develop reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights. - Basic understanding of html, CSS and JavaScript coding languages. - Works very closely with the Product Management teams and acts as a project manager to coordinate the timely development, implementation, and execution of product led growth use cases. - Utilize Gainsight PX to analyze user behavior patterns, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve user engagement, retention, and product adoption. - Develop onboarding materials and conduct training sessions to enable internal stakeholders to effectively use Gainsight PX. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and align goals for effective utilization of Gainsight PX. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product analytics and customer experience. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to Gainsight PX implementation. **Professional Experience**: - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in administering Gainsight PX. - Solid understanding of Customer Success Methodologies and Data Analysis. - Salesforce administration experience. - Proficiency in extracting and analyzing data from Gainsight PX and CS for troubleshooting and reporting. - Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing - Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables - Analytical skills to evaluate information from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts. - Ability to translate user requests into system needs and distinguish between solution ideas and requirements. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines - Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and meet commitments. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. - Proven ability to build long-term relationships and influence cross-functional business partners to achieve shared goals. - Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. - Preferred: Recognized Certificate in Gainsight CS and Gainsight PX **Our commitment to you** BMC’s culture is built around its people.
