**Role Description**
As part of Finance, you will help to deliver financial transparency and cost control across the Bank, to enhance decision making and cost governance, resulting in enhanced shareholder value. Finance continues to respond to the fast-changing environment and increasing focus on cost, setting the agenda for cost for the Bank, and coordinating strategic deep dives to identify opportunities.
CFO Infrastructure provides timely, accurate and relevant infrastructure cost reporting. The teamwork in close partnership with all Infrastructure divisions to help drive informed decisions around maximizing cost opportunities.
James Rivett is head of CFO Infrastructure.

**Your key responsibilities**
You will be the end-to-end expert in preparing presentations, materials, and support to the Infra Finance leadership for multiple stakeholder meetings and events. You will be working closely with the head of CFO Infrastructure (MB-1) -James Rivett and his leadership team.
You are expected to deliver presentations on multiple adhoc and standard topics and provided recommendations to ensure that key highlights and strategic message comes out in a clear and concise manner. You will need to identify ways of showing data in different infographics not limited to bar / line charts, waterfall charts and tables, which should convey the story and key message to the audience. You will perform processes as defined or needed in support of team resiliency and engage with different business partners and stakeholders as necessary in the delivery of assigned tasks within the desired deadlines.
This role requires you to have the ability to work with different cultures and across different geographic locations and be able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members. You need to have an excellent work ethic and organizational skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple assignments and be able to manage deliverables against tight deadlines. It is highly preferred that you have a strong quantitative analysis skill and a good understanding and appreciation of core financial Products and experience of interacting with senior management. This role requires you to have a sound knowledge and hands on experience in Microsoft office 365 products like PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc. You are expected to have a strong interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to articulate to key stakeholders. You need to be driven and motivated, continuously seeking a challenging career with substantial responsibility.
- To be the provider of financial transparency to DBs infrastructure cost divisions (€7bn per annum)
- Provide insight and recommendations to drive strategic economic decisions
- Deliver transparency on infrastructure cost allocations to business divisions so they can influence service and costs
- Perform validation and control checks to sign off infrastructure financials across Balance Sheet and Direct Cost
**Your skills and experience**
- Experience in delivering high-quality presentation outputs, stories and reports to Finance Directors and Senior Management
- Good experience with management/internal reporting, Finance, related IT or other areas
- Effective at managing project schedules, tracking timelines and a proven track record of the ability to work to deadlines in an accurate manner
- Understanding of basic project management and planning skills and methodologies e.g. Agile, Lean ( not mandatory)
- Ability to work using Think Cell for creating waterfall charts, bar charts, line graphs etc. (preferable, but not mandatory)
- Fluent English, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and pro-active mindset
- High self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit
- Good knowledge of banking products
**Other useful skills / experience**
- Solid understanding of Deutsche Bank and the banking industry in general
- Solid experience with Visualization tools PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Think cell
- University degree or similar degree is required
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field (or similar qualification)
