**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT sales professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Foster relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Streamline sales processes and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field.
- 2-years of successful IT sales experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and emerging trends.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

**Salary**: ₹210,000.21 - ₹350,000.45 per year
