As a sales officer for Tea Company, your primary responsibility would be to drive sales and increase market share for Tea products. Your job description may include:
1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.

2. Identifying and prospecting potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to expand the customer base.

3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

4. Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

5. Presenting and promoting Company's Tea products to clients, including conducting product demonstrations and providing accurate information about features and benefits.

6. Negotiating and closing sales deals, including pricing, terms, and conditions, while ensuring profitability for the company.

7. Monitoring and analyzing sales data, tracking performance against targets, and generating sales reports.

8. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns.

9. Participating in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase Company's Tea products and create brand awareness.

10. Staying updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Overall, as a sales officer for Tea Company, your goal would be to drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and enhance the company's market position in the tea industry.

**Salary**: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
