Roles & Responsibilities:

- Connecting with the clients and resolving their queries on desketc.
- Resolve tickets generated by the clients for their technicalrequests and problems to maintain the productivity.
- Helps in designing and implementing successful softwareimplementation.
- Keep tracking the user tickets and resolutions.
- Coordinate with the Development team incase of any new featureis required.

Skills Required:

- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have problem solving and process improving mindset.
- Have basic knowledge of programming skills.
- Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,107.49 - ₹30,337.74 per month
