TSUS Greater Noida West is looking for an ERP Specialist to help us to determine ERP requirements. We need someone who is experienced in implementing and managing ERP systems, and who can perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot any issues that we have with our current system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement processes for making ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions work for the school smooth functioning.
- Manage ERP implementation and post implementation activities.
- Identify design needs, resolve issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Ensure system security
- Providing technical training and support for existing and new school staff members
- Providing technical support to parents as and when required.
- Manage upgrades, integration and installation of system software.
- Assist with system requirements and coordination with the ERP backend team.
- Well versed with features of MS Teams and MS office.

Skills and requirements:

- Graduate or Post Graduate in Computers
- 3+ years’ experience in handling Enterprise Resource Planning software of school
- Strong Microsoft knowledge
- Analytical thinking and good communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
