Job Title: Wire Plant Operator - Enamelled Wire

Location: Bahadurgarh

Department: Quality

Reports To: Plant Supervisor / Production Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time ( Post notice period of 1 month)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor enameling machines used to coat wire with insulating varnish.
- Set machine parameters (temperature, speed, tension, etc.) according to product specifications.
- Load and unload wire spools and manage reel changes.
- Inspect finished wire for quality (diameter, coating thickness, pinholes, adhesion).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and quality protocols.
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
- Communicate with quality control and maintenance teams as needed.
- Follow all ISO and internal production procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma preferred).
- Prior experience in a wire drawing or enameling plant is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of electrical insulation materials and enameling processes.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.

Working Conditions:

- Standing for long periods; ability to lift up to 25-30 kg.
- Exposure to heat, fumes, and high-speed machinery (PPE required).
- Shift work may be required (day/night rotation).
