Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft accurate job descriptions.
  • Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to source candidates.
  • Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations.
  • Conduct candidate briefings, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth recruitment lifecycle.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
  • Use diverse sourcing strategies, including headhunting, database mining, social media hiring, and referrals.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and candidate pipelines.
  • Support basic HR functions like on boarding paperwork and interview scheduling.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, or RPO context preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and job portals.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience in hiring for roles within the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Sound understanding of technical functions and terminologies related to production, quality, maintenance, R&D, design, and operations.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Experience in plant-level or shopfloor hiring Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong in candidate sourcing and screening, with attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
