Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft accurate job descriptions.
- Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to source candidates.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations.
- Conduct candidate briefings, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Use diverse sourcing strategies, including headhunting, database mining, social media hiring, and referrals.
- Maintain applicant tracking and candidate pipelines.
- Support basic HR functions like on boarding paperwork and interview scheduling.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, or RPO context preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and job portals.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in hiring for roles within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Sound understanding of technical functions and terminologies related to production, quality, maintenance, R&D, design, and operations.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
- Experience in plant-level or shopfloor hiring Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong in candidate sourcing and screening, with attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
