**Job Title**: Legal Executive / Legal Associate
**Location**: Marine Lines, Mumbai
**Experience Required**: 2 - 4 Years
**Qualification**: LLB (SANAD not required)
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Gender**: Male / Female

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and assist in **civil and corporate dispute cases**:

- Draft and file **Section 138 (Cheque Bounce)** complaints
- Provide support in **NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal)** matters, including **winding-up petitions**:

- Liaise with and assist **company-appointed advocates** on various legal proceedings
- Support and assist in **High Court matters**:

- Maintain case files, track progress, and prepare reports for **Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs)**:

- Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination on all active legal cases

**Requirements**:

- LLB degree (mandatory)
- 2-4 years of relevant legal experience
- Sound knowledge of **Section 138**, **civil/corporate litigation**, and **NCLT procedures**:

- Strong communication, drafting, and case management skills
- SANAD is **not required**
