**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients across corporate, education, hospitality, government, and event sectors.
- Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Conduct client meetings to understand AV requirements and propose suitable solutions.
**Sales Process Management**:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams to design AV solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients through the sales pipeline.
**Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams for installation and troubleshooting.
- Track customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business.
**Reporting & Coordination**:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Report sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new AV technologies.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in AV, IT, electronics, or B2B solutions.
- Knowledge of AV products such as projectors, video walls, conferencing systems, speakers, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
**Preferred**:
- Experience working with AV integrators, resellers, or system integrators.
- Familiarity with RFPs, tenders, and institutional procurement processes.
