**Job Summary**:
As a Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying and selling process, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice to close deals. Your role will involve prospecting, managing leads, conducting site visits, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and cultivate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Follow up on leads to build relationships and encourage prospective buyers

**Client Consultation & Support**:

- Meet with potential buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, amenities, and pricing.

**Property Showcasing & Site Visits**:

- Schedule and conduct property showings, providing clients with an engaging and informative experience.
- Highlight key property features to showcase their value and suitability.

**Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure**:

- Negotiate terms of sale and provide a seamless transaction process for clients.
- Work with clients to close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors to provide clients with expert guidance.
- Share feedback and insights with the marketing and product teams.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions and manage follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6 Months+ in real estate sales, preferably in Pune.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
- **License**: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Pune for site visits and client meetings.
