Position: IELTS Trainer
Job Location: South Extension Delhi

As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and guidance to individuals preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. Your role will involve assessing students' language proficiency, designing and implementing lesson plans, and providing constructive feedback.

**Responsibilities**:
Training Delivery:
Conduct IELTS training sessions, both in a classroom setting and online, using effective teaching methodologies and techniques.
Design and develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and exercises that cater to students' diverse learning styles and needs.
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills specific to the IELTS exam.
Utilise various resources such as textbooks, practice tests, multimedia tools, and online platforms to enhance the learning experience.

Guidance and Support:
Guide and support students in understanding the IELTS exam requirements, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies.
Provide constructive feedback on students' performance in speaking and writing tasks, highlighting areas for improvement.
Offer tips and techniques to enhance students' time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills during the exam.
Address students' questions, concerns, and challenges related to the IELTS exam and English language proficiency.

Qualifications:
Masters and Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL), IELTS, or a relevant certification is preferred.
Previous experience in teaching IELTS or other English language proficiency exams is highly desirable.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with a deep understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
Knowledge of IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies.
Familiarity with instructional methods, materials, and resources used in teaching English as a second language.
Ability to adapt teaching techniques to address students' varying learning styles and levels of English proficiency.
Organisational and time management skills to effectively plan lessons and manage multiple tasks.
