We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Trainer to join our team. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and guidance to students preparing for the IELTS exam. Your primary goal will be to help students improve their English language skills and achieve their desired scores on the IELTS test.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and organize lessons, activities, and assignments to ensure effective learning outcomes.

2. Teach all four skills assessed in the IELTS exam: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

3. Provide feedback, corrections, and strategies for improvement to students on their language skills.

4. Administer practice tests and mock exams to assess students' progress and readiness for the official exam.

5. Monitor and track students' performance, attendance, and engagement, and provide timely updates to management.

6. Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence building.

7. Stay updated on the latest trends, resources, and techniques in IELTS teaching and testing.

8. Collaborate with colleagues and management to continuously improve the quality of the IELTS program.

9. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding students' progress, goals, and expectations.

10. Participate in professional development activities and training workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructor, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

2. In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies.

3. Excellent proficiency in English language skills (both written and spoken) at a native or near-native level.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.

6. Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the unique needs and learning styles of students.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

8. Familiarity with educational technology and multimedia resources for teaching English is an advantage.

9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.

**Salary**: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
