Minimum 10 hours log in availability is must that will include:
1. Contacting users.
2. Contacting inactive users.
3. Onboarding users.
4. Conducting group and one on one classes.
5. Assigning tasks and providing feedback.
6. Developing teaching plans for the IELTS course. Managing classes, preparing the course content to be delivered to the students.
7. Webinars and demos.
8. Preparing and setting mock tests and other class room exercises.
9. Recording promotional videos (if required).
10. Maintaining attendance and work reports.
11. Leave will only be approved when informed atleast 3 days before, until and unless it is an emergency or medical leave, no other leaves would be approved on the same day.
12. You need to be flexible when it comes to shifts, as our profile is work from home, so your shifts can be flexible according to the demand.
13. All the sessions are to be recorded, and will be monitored and assessed.
14. Performance will be rated and monitored.
15. Basic administration related work like keeping attendance record and student’s assessment results.
16. Conduct doubt sessions/ grammar/vocabulary sessions.
- Age below 35 years.
- Minimum **2 years of IELTS Trainer experience **required.
- **Certification by IELTS/ BCI can be an added advantage.**:

- Should be **fluent in Hindi.**:

- **Good command of English language. Both oral and written.**:

- Exceptional teaching skills.
- **Skilled in online training techniques.**

**Work Type: Remote/ Work From Home**
**Working Hours: 10 hours per day(Flexible)**
**Working days: Monday to Friday**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
