Maintenance In-Charge

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily maintenance of the school premises (classrooms, toilets, playgrounds, etc.)
- Supervise cleaning and housekeeping staff and ensure tasks are completed properly
- Coordinate and carry out minor repair works - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance of infrastructure and equipment
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained across the campus
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and raise purchase requests when needed
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repair works or services
- Report regularly to school management on maintenance status and needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and fire safety equipment upkeep

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities/maintenance management
- Basic technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to manage a team and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Physically fit and willing to respond to emergency repairs
