- **Routine Maintenance**: Ensure all routine maintenance activities (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC) are carried out efficiently.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize equipment failures and costly repairs.
- **Repairs**: Address and resolve maintenance requests and repair needs promptly.

**2. Facility Management**
- **Building Systems**: Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems, including elevators, security systems, and fire safety systems.
- **Common Areas**: Ensure common areas such as lobbies, corridors, and recreational areas are well-maintained and clean.
- **Landscaping**: Maintain the landscaping and ensure the outdoor areas are well-kept.

**3. Safety and Compliance**
- **Safety Standards**: Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the facility complies with all relevant health, safety, and building regulations.
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, and conduct regular drills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
