Role Summary:

The Maintenance Incharge is responsible for supervising and ensuring smooth day-to-day maintenance operations of the office and tracking plumbing-related materials. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage inventory, coordinate repairs, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and utilities.

Track, record, and manage plumbing materials and inventory usage.

Raise material requirements and ensure timely procurement.

Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and resolve issues.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for material supply and repair work.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.

Support the management team in smooth workflow and resource allocation.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong knowledge of plumbing materials and office maintenance practices.

Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/ITI in Plumbing, Civil, or related field (preferred).

1–2 years of experience in maintenance/inventory management (preferably in plumbing or construction sector).
