Act as a mediator between public and hospital management.
- Front office management - Provide information regarding hospital services, Doctors and their OP time to the public.
- Expect to have patience while dealing with irate customers.
- Report all the Complaints given by patients to the In-charge.
- Ensure quality services to the patients by planning and implementation or modification of existing systems of the hospital.
- Ensure facility rounds are carried out and any short falls in the services are reported to the next level to attend immediately.
- Liaise with front office for patients who are getting discharged and ensure the billing process are being completed to avoid any delays.
- Ensure all areas are kept clean on all days, if otherwise liaise with housekeeping department to ensure the same.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
