**Job Title**: Oracle Fusion O2C (Order to Cash) Resources with AR (Accounts Receivable)

**Location**: - Remote

**Reports to**: [Reporting Manager's Title]

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation and Customization**:

- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion O2C modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Customize and configure O2C processes to align with business requirements and best practices.
- **AR Management**:

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including customer invoicing, collections, credit management, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices and payments, and reconcile AR accounts.
- **Integration and Testing**:

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing to validate O2C functionality and performance.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide end-user training and support for Oracle Fusion O2C modules, including AR functionalities.
- Assist end-users in resolving issues, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing O2C processes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Document O2C configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor AR performance, aging analysis, and key metrics.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion O2C modules, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Strong understanding of O2C processes, including order management, invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle Fusion certifications in O2C modules preferred.

**Offered CTC**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
