Oracle Fusion CX Lead With CPQ Experience

Location: Hyderabad, India- Hybrid (2 days a week to office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Project: MGC – This project involves providing support and maintenance for the existing Oracle Fusion ERP system at MGC, KSA.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion professional who can lead our CX support and maintenance initiatives, manage ongoing enhancements, and ensure smooth integration between systems. The ideal person understands both business processes and technical workflows, and can guide the team to deliver stable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations for Oracle Fusion CX applications.

Manage and mentor the CX support and enhancement teams.

Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into system improvements.

Review functional and technical designs for system changes.

Oversee end-to-end integrations between ERP, CX, and other systems.

Manage Oracle CPQ configuration, workflows, and integration with the ERP order-to-cash flow.- Must Have

Ensure accurate master data flow between ERP, CX, and CPQ.

Coordinate and follow up with implementation partners and support vendors.

Plan and execute quarterly patching, upgrades, and new releases.

Handle change requests, testing cycles, and production deployments.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal business impact.

Prepare and maintain documentation, user training materials, and system guides.

Provide system performance insights and improvement recommendations to leadership.

Required Experience & Skills:

6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle CX.

Strong understanding of core ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM as applicable).

Strong understanding of Oracle CX (Sales including CPQ, Service, Marketing)- Must Have

Proven experience working with Oracle CPQ (configuration, approval workflows, integrations)- - Must Have

Practical experience designing and maintaining integrations (preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud).

Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and data mapping between systems.

Proven ability to lead technical and functional teams.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate across departments.

Nice to Have:

Experience in automotive, retail, or service-based industries.

Exposure to BI/Analytics dashboards or reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹506, ₹1,892,536.24 per year
