**Job Title**: Oracle Fusion R2R (Record to Report) Resource (GL & FA)

**Location**: Remote

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation and Configuration**:

- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion R2R modules, including General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Customize and configure GL and FA setups to align with business requirements and accounting standards.
- **GL Management**:

- Manage General Ledger (GL) processes, including chart of accounts, journal entries, period close, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of GL data, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
- **FA Management**:

- Manage Fixed Assets (FA) processes, including asset creation, depreciation, retirements, and transfers.
- Perform periodic reconciliations of FA subledger to GL and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- **Integration and Testing**:

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing to validate GL and FA functionality and performance.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide end-user training and support for Oracle Fusion R2R modules, including GL and FA functionalities.
- Assist end-users in resolving issues, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing R2R processes.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Document R2R configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion R2R modules, with a focus on General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Strong understanding of R2R processes, including financial reporting, period close, and asset management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle Fusion certifications in R2R modules preferred.

**Offered CTC**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
