**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all digital platforms.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and compelling content tailored for each platform, including posts, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and implement optimizations based on insights.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) to drive conversions and achieve business objectives.
- Optimize Google Business Profile to enhance local visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and cohesive digital assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
