**Responsibilities**:
Fundraising: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funding for import and export operations. Identify potential sources of funding, including grants, loans, and partnerships.

Making Partner with Big Business: Develop and maintain relationships with big businesses to create partnerships that will benefit import and export operations. Conduct market research to identify potential partners and negotiate deals.

Working on Export Import: Manage and oversee import and export operations to ensure their successful completion. Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and customs officials to ensure compliance with regulations and timely delivery of goods.

Flipkart and Amazon knowledge: Keep up-to-date with e-commerce platforms like Flipkart and Amazon to ensure that the organization is making the most of these platforms.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in export-import operations, including knowledge of customs regulations, shipping, and logistics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and networking skills.

Good typing and speaking skills in English.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
