- Ensuring all documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices, are prepared and filed correctly
- Communicating with customs officials to ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the import-export process
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and vendors involved in the import-export process
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in import/export laws and regulations
