Maintain accurate financial records for all import and export transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Process customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Calculate and record import duties, taxes, and other international trade fees.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant tax regulations and ensure timely filing of import/export tax returns.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with vendors and customs agencies.
- Knowlege of Bill of Entry and shipping Bill

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of international trade regulations (a plus).
