**Position Overview**: As an Account Executive at 5M Corpbiz, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business, and driving revenue growth within your designated territory. With 3 years of experience in sales, you’ll be expected to bring industry knowledge and a consultative approach to clients. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure client satisfaction and retention while working towards achieving set sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and business goals.
- Drive new business opportunities by identifying prospects and generating leads.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional service.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to proactively adjust sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer insights and market conditions.
- Regularly report on sales activities, opportunities, and results to management.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in [industry].
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
