**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the senior chefs in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and cooking under their guidance.
- Prepare ingredients and dishes as per the recipes and standards of the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure that all kitchen tools and equipment are used safely and correctly.
- Monitor and manage food storage and inventory to minimize waste.
- Support the team during busy shifts by quickly and efficiently completing assigned tasks.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably with North Indian cuisine.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for cooking.
