**Position**: Commis I & 2- Shapeshifting Restaurant (Indira Nagar, Bengaluru)

**Location**: Indira Nagar, Bangalore
**Salary**: ₹16,000-₹22,000 per month (includes service charges & tips)

**About the Role**

A **Commis II & I** is an entry-level cook who works under a _Chef de Partie_. Typically responsible for basic prep tasks, learning rotation across kitchen sections, and mastering hygiene and recipe execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients and dishes as per recipe cards and kitchen standards.
- Rotate across kitchen stations to learn broad-based skills.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of station and storage areas.
- Assist senior chefs and follow instructions meticulously.
- Monitor ingredient stock, assist in receiving and rotating supplies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Culinary training or apprenticeship preferred, but not required.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Keen interest in cooking, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Basic communication in English for guest-related context.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to an evolving dining concept.
