**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Banking Relationships**:

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with financial institutions, including banks and NBFCs.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its banking partners for all banking needs.
- **Loan Management**:

- Ensure timely follow-up on loan approvals, disbursements, and repayments.
- **Monitoring Charges**:

- Review and monitor banking charges, interest rates, and other fees applied by financial institutions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with agreed terms and highlight discrepancies promptly.
- **Collaboration with Chartered Accountants**:

- Work closely with the company’s chartered accountant to ensure alignment of financial records and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Balance Sheets and Depreciation Management**:

- Prepare, maintain, and analyze the company’s balance sheets.
- Monitor and manage depreciation schedules for company assets.
- **Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate periodic financial reports, including cash flow statements and profitability analyses.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving financial performance.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all financial activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on changes in financial and banking regulations and practices.
- **General Banking and Finance Oversight**:

- Handle all banking and financial matters of the company, ensuring efficient operations.
- Propose strategies to optimize the company's financial resources and banking relationships.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum [Insert Years] of experience in banking, finance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, banking procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management.

**Salary:

- 25k - 30k per month**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
