What You'll Do:

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and more.
- Set clear KPIs, track metrics, and drive performance outcomes like leads, signups, and sales.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-converting ad creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Own the performance dashboards and reporting - weekly, monthly, and post-campaign.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and algorithm changes.
- Suggest landing page improvements and funnel optimizations for better conversions.

What You Bring:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns (Meta + Google mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital media buying, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and any performance tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
- Analytical mindset - you're comfortable making decisions based on data.
- Experience working with e-commerce, D2C, or service-based brands is a plus.
- Bonus: Certification in Meta/Google Ads.
