Job Title: Female Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly talkative and outgoing Female Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making outbound calls, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to clients, customers, and prospects to promote our services and products
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointments, schedules, and bookings
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Highly talkative and outgoing personality
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with office software and technology
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Certification in office administration or a related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
