RECEPTIONIST

**2. QUALIFICATION**:
MINIMUM GRADUATE,

good communication skills in Hindi & English

**As Receptionist**:
Greet the patients, doctors and all other staff.

Attends to new and revisit patients.

Keep a pleasant atmosphere in the front desk.

Attending phone properly and writing messages.

Enter daily census in the respective register and computer.

Handle all the patient queries in the front desk.

Train the subordinates.

Keep the updated information of all staff and doctors' phone numbers.

Coordinate with the all the departments to enter their daily records and census.

Keep updated information of operation charge and provide operation related information.
- Do feedback calls to the patient’s undergone treatment and take feedback manually from the patients who have come for treatment in the hospital.
- Keep regular track of doctor’s timings for patient satisfaction.
- Any other work asked to be done by the dept. head.-
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,086.00 - ₹25,292.14 per month
