1. Minimum 3 years Experience
2. NEBOSH certificate.
3. Knowledge of Toolbox Talk
4. Knowledge about statutory documents
5. First aid certificate
6. Coordinator with shop floor EHS activity like safety inspection round and findings closer follow up Responsible to conduct the safety training like use of PPE, Basic safety, Accident Prevention, firefighting and its demonstration Conducting safety committee meeting
7. Maintain data pertaining to MSDS, Accident Reports and corrective action.
9. Prepare various reports for agencies and internal documentation.
10. Maintain files and documentation records as required by various agencies.
11. Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent similar incidents in the future.
12. Ensure that all necessary safety equipment and personal protective gear are readily available and used by personnel.
13. Conduct regular inspections of safety equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
**14. Emergency Response**:
15. Develop and maintain emergency response plans to address potential emergency situations, including fires, electrical hazards, and injuries.
16.Coordinate emergency drills and training exercises.
**17. Documentation and Reporting**:
a. Maintain detailed records of safety incidents,inspections, and corrective actions.
b. Prepare and submit safety reports to management and relevant regulatory agencies as required.
**18. Safety Communication**:
a. Act as a point of contact for safety-related concerns and inquiries from project personnel and stakeholders.
b. Promote a proactive approach to safety by encouraging reporting of potential hazards or safety issues.
