Job Summary

Meeting SHE KPIâs / goals

ï- Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations

ï- Auditing facilities, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe act, behavior or breaks in regulations

ï- Inspecting MHEâs and processes to make sure they are safe

ï- Focusing on prevention by keeping up with MHE maintenance and employee training

ï- Facilitating SHE tool box talk across facilities

ï- Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques

ï- Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and operational processes

ï- Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the facility team and the entire company

ï- Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site

ï- Finding the best way to prevent future accidents

ï- Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations or dismissal based on performance Year 1 Deliverable

ï- Every facility of the company to visibly embrace SHE benchmark and implement policy

ï- All customer for whom SHE matters should give us a five-star rating on SHE practice Skills:
ï- SHE, Regulations, Training, Education, Risk Assessment, Analysis, Auditing, Inspection, Communication,

ï- Key contributor in development of SHE policies & program

ï- Experience in multi-national company on SHE policy design and deployment ï- Knowledge and experience on best practices including storage/handling of chemicals and operating knowledge of SOPâs.

ï- Understanding /experience implementing SHE process, engagement of all stake holders including employee.

ï- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex, decentralized and geographically diverse organizational structure

ï- Stakeholder Management & Change Management

ï- Good communications skills, oral and written;
ï- Excellent problem solving skills;
ï- Positive attitude, Results oriented and tenacious Qualifications / Experience

ï- Person should be graduate / engineering background with diploma / degree in Safety is preferable. Should have good experience in storing and handling of various cargo including chemicals.

ï- 1 to 3 years of SHE experience in reputed organization preferably in logistics industry
