**Key Responsibilities**
- **Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance**:
- Maintain and update local health and safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to corporate data protection and record-keeping standards.
- Communicate effectively to promote safety awareness and track/report monthly metrics in the enterprise incident management system.
- **Training and Development**:
- Develop, build, and maintain health and safety training content.
- Coordinate and assist in delivering health and safety training programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and assist in trend analysis.
- **Inspection and Audit**:
- Participate in health and safety inspections and audit programs.
- Support local employee engagement initiatives to foster an interdependent safety culture.
- Assist in identifying and controlling non-conforming materials and perform quality checks.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Provide data reports as requested and support trend analysis.
- Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
- Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
- **Support and Coordination**:
- Support health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customer sites and dealerships, to ensure HSE compliance.
- Travel to Area Offices and customer sites as needed.
