Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineering Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans for controlled areas, including budget preparation and technical evaluation of sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans for controlled areas.
  • Provide budget inputs to ZIC for zonal budget preparation and coordinate with O M, AI, and HSE teams for site visits and reviews.
  • Prepare monthly and annual plans, technical feasibility reports, and Memorandums of Cooperation (MoC) as required.
  • Coordinate with planning departments and vendors for instrument selection, data sheet development, and project design.
  • Maintain high energy levels and contribute to the establishment of an effective and efficient design drafting team.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and eager to contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of network planning, PE, and Steel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Education and Certifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP or Six Sigma.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including O M, AI, and HSE teams.
  • Familiarity with network planning, PE, and Steel.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of local language is desirable.
