- Preferred CA with
- CA with 10+ years of relevant experience in Assurance working with mid size / big4 audit firms
- Possess strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes and possible risks in operations of at least one industry sector
- Effective use of Audit Tools
- Experience in IND AS / IFRS Assignments and handled large Statutory Audits
- Ability to identify risks in business processes
- Understanding of control rationalization, optimization, effectiveness and efficiency
- Play the role of team leader on some engagements with members reporting to them for the Assignment. In such cases seniors shall have responsibility of reviewing the work done (Deliverables) by the team members.
- Interact with the client representatives for the ongoing requirements of the Assignment
- Consistently deliver quality client services and take charge of the work assigned to him/her.
- Monitor progress, manage risk and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities, professional knowledge and ability to assimilate to new knowledge
- Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
- The job would require travel to client locations to coordinate, interact with Partners regularly and update them on the progress of assignments
