Job Description

  • Audit & Assurance functions
  • GST reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C
  • Financial and costing ratios and variance analysis
  • Periodical MIS to clients and management

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Audit Team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
  • Plan, execute, and oversee financial and compliance audits in accordance with applicable regulations and auditing standards
  • Review audit work papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or inquiries
  • Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes to ensure audits are conducted effectively
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of audit methodologies, tools, and templates
  • Collaborate with the partners and senior management to improve audit processes and enhance the quality of services
  • Maintain a strong commitment to professional development and continuing education in the field of auditing

Qualifications And Skills

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably within a professional audit firm
  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies, accounting principles, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
