IT Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development**:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions, such as hardware, software, cloud services, and managed IT services.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Understand their evolving IT requirements and offer ongoing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
Present product demonstrations and sales pitches, highlighting the benefits of our IT solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals.
- **Collaboration with Technical Teams**:
Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate product recommendations and smooth delivery of solutions.
Coordinate the implementation of IT products and services post-sale.
- **Market Analysis**:
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to help refine product offerings.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- **Qualifications**:
Proven experience in IT sales or a related field, preferably in B2B sales.
Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
