The Field Executive will be responsible for executing various tasks and services directly related to our company's operations and objectives in the field. The role involves traveling, handling on-site operations, liaising with clients, and ensuring that field activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- **Field Operations**: Perform fieldwork as required, including installations, surveys, assessments, and inspections.
- **Data Collection & Reporting**: Collect data, gather reports, and provide feedback to the management team on findings, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all field-related documentation (invoices, reports, work orders) is accurately completed and submitted.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer issues on-site and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory standards during field activities.
- **Sales Support**: Support sales teams by providing on-site demonstrations, product knowledge, and client feedback.
- **Maintenance & Repairs**: Perform troubleshooting and maintenance for products or services as required by the company.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments, including logistics, customer service, and technical support.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous fieldwork or customer-facing role experience preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic technical knowledge (depending on the role).
- Customer-oriented attitude.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to travel frequently and work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment if needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
