We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound telesales executive to contribute for our company.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners
- Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and up-selling solutions
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.

**Experience**:Minimum 6 months of experience in sales collection, loan or insurance.

**Qualification**:Graduate/Undergraduate

**Skills**:

- Persuasive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections and rejections.
- Good understanding of collection services, loan products, and insurance concepts is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability to changing business requirements and a fast-paced environment.
