**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate labelling, storage, and handling of books, uniforms, and school materials.
- **Stock Receiving & Issuance**:

- Receive goods from suppliers and check for quality and quantity.
- Issue stock based on approved requisitions from staff, students, or departments.
- Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Communicate with suppliers for order placement, follow-ups, and stock returns.
- Ensure timely procurement of items based on demand and school calendar.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports for management.
- Alert management of low stock levels or excess inventory.
- **Storage & Organization**:

- Ensure stock rooms are clean, organized, and secure.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) or LIFO as applicable.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience in stock handling or warehouse management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or Excel.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and manage physical stock.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
