Key Responsibilities:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, store, and issue raw materials, trims, and finished products as per production needs.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory databases regularly.

2. **Stock Organization**:

- Organize materials and products in a systematic manner to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Label and tag fabrics, trims, and other inventory items clearly for efficient identification.

3. **Quality Checks**:

- Inspect incoming stock to verify its quality and quantity against purchase orders.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the store manager or relevant department.

4. **Order Fulfillment**:

- Prepare and distribute materials to production teams based on work orders and schedules.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of required materials.

5. **Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed logs of items received, issued, and returned, ensuring accuracy for auditing purposes.
- Assist in preparing inventory reports for management and production planning.

6. **Stock Replenishment**:

- Monitor inventory levels and notify the store manager when stock is low or needs reordering.
- Assist in organizing and conducting stock checks and cycle counts.

7. **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with suppliers, delivery personnel, and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Communicate any stock or supply issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.

8. **Maintain Store Cleanliness**:

- Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Ensure that storage conditions are suitable for maintaining the quality of fabrics and materials.

9. **Assisting with Documentation**:

- Help with the preparation of invoices, delivery notes, and other store-related documentation as needed.
- Support in updating computerized stock control systems or inventory management software.

Essential Skills:

- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to keep the store organized and maintain accurate records.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring that all received and issued stock is accurately documented.
- **Time Management**: Managing time effectively to support production schedules.
- **Basic Math Skills**: Essential for accurate inventory counting and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in a store or warehouse role, preferably in the garment industry.
- **Software Skills**: Basic computer skills, familiarity ERP softwares(e.g., AXPERT) and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
