Join our team as a **Tele Sales Executive**, specializing in the Australian market. Earn a lucrative income with the potential to make ₹100,000+ per month **OTE (On-Target Earnings)** through **uncapped commissions** on successful sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage and close **warm & cold leads** over the phone.
- Book appointments for **Business Development Managers (BDMs)** in Australia.
- Qualify customers based on **company-provided criteria**.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain **high-quality conversations**.
- Provide **tailored recommendations** to meet customer needs.
- Perform **admin and clerical tasks** related to sales.
- Support team members in **daily operations**.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Minimum 5 days a week availability** (Australian shift).
