Production Controller-upvc

**1. JOB PURPOSE**:
Responsible for the business development aspect of the Business Unit and include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.

**2. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

**JOB REPOSIBILITIES**
- Panning production in important wise
- Plan delivery date and installation date
- Order raw materials.
- Check the raw marital quality in landing time.
- Check the QC in finished windows and doors.
- Prepare raw material list for final billing.
- Well maintain fabrication unit and display center.
- Check work ability in fabrication unite staff
- Ensure accuracy in row material Inventory.
- Ensure the safety of the staff in the fabrication unit
- Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions.
- Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
- Maintaining a production schedule.
- Operates controls to regulate temperature, pressure, speed and flow of operation
- Selects appropriate equipment and materials
- Ensure that all the required parts for assembly are present.
- Confirm that all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and screwed in.
- Ensure that quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a production schedule.
- Report and detail product malfunctions
- Day to day follow-up

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
