Stock Auditor

 Oversee inventory management according to company guidelines.

 Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock

 Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts

 Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies, troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.

 Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.

 Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions

 Prepare financial inventory reports, review reports yearly with management

 Analyse and improve systems to improve warehouse procedures

 Check and adjust warehouse stocks.

 Ensure employees are not removing any unauthorized items from warehouse

 Created work orders for missing items and submitted to management.

 Continuous stock checking.

 Investigate discrepancies.

 Locates error sources from stock.

 Initiates corrective actions.

 Count inventory and create reports

 Checking warehouse premises and conditions.

 Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.

 Providing Department wise and brand wise value reports

 Verifying warehouse documents such as PO, GR, DC, Registers and Sales Return etc.

 Traveling frequently to different branches/Warehouse to record accurate counts of Stocks.

 Reporting inventory issues such as shortages, slow moving, dead stock and damaged items.

 Consult with Managers and warehouse staffs to get their reports of inventory issues, such as losses and damages.

 Providing necessary instructions to warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short
- and long-term performance goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Taliparamba, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
