The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for managing student placements, mobilization, and registration processes, ensuring effective industry connections, and supporting student readiness for job opportunities. The role involves overseeing logístical support and maintaining vital records to facilitate smooth transitions for students from training to employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Mobilization and Engagement**:

- Facilitate registration and ensure accurate payment processing.
- **Office Coordination and Set-Up**:

- Oversee the setup and organization of training spaces, including shifting office furniture, arranging partitions, and ensuring facilities are conducive to learning and development.
- **Student Documentation**:

- Handle the issuance of student ID cards, maintain accurate records, and update registration databases.
- Monitor and maintain an On-the-Job Training (OJT) list to ensure up-to-date tracking of students’ placement progress.
- **Industry and Employer Liaison**:

- Establish and sustain connections with industry partners and potential employers to secure job placements.
- Coordinate placement activities, including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and final placements.
- **Experience with Key Government Projects**:

- Extensive experience in coordinating with initiatives such as **KYP (Kushal Yuva Program)** and **DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana)**, including handling project requirements, tracking outcomes, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Social Work.
- Proven experience in a placement or mobilization role, ideally within educational or vocational training projects.
- Knowledge of key government skill development programs, specifically KYP and DDU-GKY.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
