**Role Overview**:
The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management. They play a crucial role in ensuring the timely acquisition of goods, materials, and services required by the organization while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sourcing and Purchasing**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
- Source and purchase goods, materials, and services required by the organization.
- Issue purchase orders to selected suppliers, specifying quantities, specifications, and delivery dates.

2. **Supplier Management**:

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and trust.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by suppliers promptly and professionally.

3. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and anticipate demand fluctuations to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with inventory control teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.

4. **Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that purchased goods meet specified quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming shipments and address any non-conformances with suppliers.

5. **Cost Control**:

- Monitor and analyze procurement costs to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing and terms.
- Track procurement expenses and report on cost-saving initiatives.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders and contracts.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on procurement performance and key metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
