Boby Chemmanur International Group is a leading conglomerate with diverse interests spanning across jewelry, finance, real estate, and hospitality. We are now venturing into the FMCG sector with the launch of our new Tea brand, aiming to bring quality and innovation to tea lovers across the globe. As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer to spearhead the sales promotion efforts, including lucky draw campaigns, for our new Tea brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for the new Tea brand.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition cost.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize campaign effectiveness and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Oversee the implementation of sales promotion activities, including lucky draw campaigns, to incentivize purchases and enhance customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimenting with new ideas and strategies to drive business results.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on driving sales and customer acquisition in the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation, with a track record of implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the tea industry and consumer behavior trends is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,741.53 per month
