Position : Performance Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC, SEO, SEM, display, social media, and affiliate campaigns.
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic networks.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales, etc.).
